Will it hurt or damage my skin?

With different intensity levels, you can adjust the suction, massage and heating power of our devices with ease, so we can help you get comfortable with our devices at low levels before you move on.

Starting at a low level is optimal for beginners and does not harm or cause permanent damage to the skin. However, with extended use, you may notice the classic red circle bruises on your skin, this is temporary and indicates the effectiveness of our devices.

These marks will gradually disappear within a few days and there is no need to worry! Just be sure to disinfect properly before each session and avoid use on injured skin (cuts, open wounds, etc.).

Can the same device be used by multiple people? Are they easy to clean?

Since all models have a removable cup, our devices are easy to sanitize by wiping or hand washing the cup with your preferred sanitizer.

We also recommend wiping down the center piece on the bottom of our devices with an alcohol-based solution.

That being said, our cups can be applied to any number of people after use as long as they are properly cleaned and disinfected.

Can they be recharged?

Yes! Each device comes with a USB Type-C charging cable and takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge and can last up to 9 20 minute treatment sessions when the device is set to the maximum setting!
